We also accept dogs (no cats) for an addition fee of $15 dollars per day. We ask any dog left alone be kenneled. Please do not allow your dog on the furniture unless you cover it with sheets, which we will provide. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, HD cable TV, a very cozy queen bed and a single wide sofa bed, suitable for children .

This is an adorable private carriage house, alongside an iconic and historic Chico home built in 1938 for the late Senator Johnson. The property is over an acre and faces the beautiful Bidwell Park. The property sits in an ideal location for a Chico experience, with direct front access to Bidwell Park trails for walking, running, biking, hiking, swimming, site seeing, golf and lovely downtown shopping, dining and nightlife.
