The cottage is well situated for exploring the area, being just 5 minutes drive from Rosslyn chapel, (which you can also walk to from the cottage by following the path through the glen.)The Pentland hills are only 10 minutes drive, and it takes less than 30 minutes to drive to edinburgh city centre. It is a great place to come home to after a day of hillwalking ,working or sight seeing.

Complimentary milk, coffee, tea and sugar plus cereal for your first breakfast. Shops, restaurants, bars, cafe & takeaways within a short walk. A parking spot on the drive is available on request.

You'll have the entire North Wing of the house to yourself which has its own private entrance. The property been tastefully refurbished whilst maintaining its period features. The building which is over 2 floors consists of large living room with sofabed & dining table, fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, hall and 2 large double bedrooms with Kingsize beds.

Relax in a modern home on our 20 hectare (50 acre) working organic farm just a few miles south of the Edinburgh city bypass. The apartment includes 3 rooms with a private external entrance and a locked internal door if needed. The single bedroom is ensuite; the other main room is a living space with a kitchenette and large sofa bed. We are close to the route south / north too and from Edinburgh but far enough away (1.5km) to not get interrupted by road / traffic noise.
