This Austin themed retreat features a comfortable Queen-size bed, twin pull-out sofa, small kitchenette, keurig coffee maker, mini fridge, and convenient portable convection cooktop; walk-in shower and a front porch as well. Enjoy the private entrance and separate side yard area, ideal for pets and relaxing in this calm and quiet space. Please note there is no separate bedroom, ideal for the 1-2 people-3 max. Extra fee more than 3 guests.

Ranch Guest House

The Ranch Guest House is a private adobe home positioned on a working ranch in the beautiful Texas hill country. Just a couple miles outside of Burnet we’re close enough to make a quick trip to town and just far enough away to enjoy the peaceful countryside. The Guest House is located on a small hilltop overlooking cattle grazing land giving us amazing sunrises and sunsets to enjoy as well as plenty of wildlife. Bring your friends and family and get a taste of the true Texas Hill Country.

Rustler's Crossing

Our Rustler's Crossing Cabin is nestled in the woods amongst large oak trees. If your looking for a very private secluded stay, this is for you! Parking is 130 feet from cabin. Plenty of room to park your trailers if you are mountain biking or boating. You can enjoy the porch all night if you like howling at the moon and stars. Enjoy the goats, Don Juan is the main man, Pedro is the chief rabbit. Cabin is equipped with full size refrigerator, large country sink and a two burner stove.

Farm Stay

The property is the original 1930's farmers cottage that has been brought back to life and restored, adding to it all the modern amenities. With a hand chiseled cozy fireplace and bay windows to watch the calves through, even rainy days are special. The property has 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom, indoor and outdoor dinning tables. The Hammock House (HH) is a quiet space to just get away, relax, focus and realign. Designed for two away from the busyness of life. It's also a great central location for Enchanted Rock, Longhorn Cavern, Pedernales State Park and historic Fredericksburg. Located in the Hill Country, 1- hr west of Austin and 7 mi south of Marble Falls. Once you enter the private gate, meander down to the HH tucked away on this 200 acre privately owned property.

Sans Souci on Lake LBJ

Quiet lakefront home on Colorado arm of Lake LBJ. The property has 100 feet of lake frontage with another 100 feet on the adjacent community park. Best fishing on the lake. Canoe (1) and kayaks (three touring/fishing and one whitewater) included in rental. Nearby attractions include Longhorn Caverns, Inks Lake State Park, National Fish Hatchery, wineries, and restaurants in nearby towns of Marble Falls and Kingsland.
