It has a total sleeping capacity of 5 people, including one double bed one single bed and one sofa bed that converts into a double bed. All the details you might need have been considered. It's a 5-minute drive from the nearest beach. Get ready to add unforgettable memories to your beautiful moments with a private covered parking area, a giant screen cinema in the garden and barbecue.

Gästehaus in der Altstadt

Willkommen in Eski Foça- das kleine Steinhaus liegt mitten in der Altstadt am kleinen Hafen und besticht durch die zentrale Lage zum Meer (150m), Cafés... Das Steinhaus (Baujahr 1877) wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail geplant und restauriert. Ein Doppelbett (160cm), TV, Klimaanlage mit Virenfilter und ein eigenes Badezimmer runden das Zimmer ab. Ebenfalls können wir euch Bootsausflüge, Flughafenstransfer gegen Aufpreis anbieten. Bitte beachtet das der Garten gemeinsam mit mir genutzt wird.

Evimiz merkezde; sahile, restaurant ve kafelere 200 mt. mesafede bulunmaktadır. Sizlerin konforu için dizayn ettiğimiz evimiz; çiftler, yalnız gezginler, veya küçük aileler için idealdir. Evcil hayvanlar için uygundur. Bahçe tamamen sizlere aittir. Sabah kahvenizi yudumlayabileceğiniz veya akşamları keyifli vakit geçirebileceğiniz oturma alanları mevcuttur. Bahçede, kış aylarında ateş kovasında ateş yakabilirsiniz. Kış aylarında ise yerden ısıtma sistemi ile konforlu şekilde ısınmaktadır.
