Only 3 minute walk to the village centre where you can have a drink or a meal at one of the local restaurants and bars at the plaza. Only 4 minute walk to the local supermarket. 20 min drive to Palma and Port de Sóller.

The location is good, you can walk to the center of Sóller which is about 700 meters from the house and there is an agricultural cooperative with a small supermarket just 100 meters from the house. To get around Sóller, a not too big car is recommended the streets in the town center are as small as the one that leads to the villa.
