At home, enjoy BBQ on the grill outside on the patio. Cook in the fully stocked kitchen that includes: air fryer, blender, non stick pot ware, Keurig coffee maker, Crock Pot etc. Play the provided games (Monopoly, Jenga, Buzzed etc.) or watch one of the four TV's including the 65' Roku TV, with Netflix, Hulu, Prime and more.

This recently built 2 BR offers 2 queen beds, 1 twin bed and a the couch converts to a bed if you need an extra place to sleep! The kitchen is modern and stocked for basic cooking, there is laundry on site so your needs are all covered! There is plenty of parking for boats and the rest of your toys as well.

We love dogs so the home has a crate to keep your pet while you're on the water or at the casino. Keurig, wifi and 55" 4K smart TV are available to unwind as well.

Enjoy fantastic views and comfortable surroundings. This is the lower level guest house of our riverfront vacation home. It has a private entrance with access to the boat dock. Enjoy river and mountain views from the living room, full kitchen and patio. Bring your jet skis and fishing poles we are on the deep part of the river. The dock and patio are shared with the main house. Main house is not a rental. The space is not kid friendly.
