The apartment has a designated parking area, a private covered outside entrance, and it's own patio with table and chairs where you can relax and enjoy small town America and the surrounding views.

We are located only 20 mins scenic drive to Bryce Canyon NP, 10 min drive to Kodachrome Basin State Park and right at the door step to Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument, 1.5 hrs drive to Capitol Reef NP, 1.5 hrs to Zion NP as well as many other great surrounding places to visit!

Grandpa's Place at Bryce Canyon

Our apartment in Tropic, Utah is located behind our home at the base of Bryce Canyon. There is a private entrance, one bedroom with a queen bed, a den/kitchenette, and will accommodate 2–4 guests with a queen bed and a futon and blow-up bed for an additional two people. Amenities include internet, TV, coffee, a microwave/air fryer, and fridge.
