Private deck with ocean views of the Pell Bridge and Newport. Cottage is located on property adjacent to Host Home so privacy limited.

Location is 10 miles to Newport, with its mansions, Tennis Hall of Fame, Cliff Walk, Ocean Drive, and other sights, and 2 miles to historic Bristol & 4 miles to quaint Tiverton.

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly. There's a $25 charge for a second dog.

You'll love this basement apartment in our home in the quiet neighborhood of Common Fence Point. Parking is available in the driveway outside your private entrance to the apartment. Full-size windows for fresh air and lots of natural light. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and the living room has a trundle bed which makes 2 twin beds. Occupancy per the town ordinance is 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12. There is a small beach and shoreline for your enjoyment.

This brand new apartment is spacious & modern, with a comfortably furnished Living room with a pull out couch , separate bedroom w/ queen size bed and en-suite bathroom. The supplies include plates,cups, glasses, silverware and wine glasses.
