A perfect base to explore Bristol, close to Stokes Croft, Cabot Circus, 20 minutes walking distance of train and bus stations. This single room overlooks a small courtyard garden, has a comfortable bed, desk, wardrobe space. It is one of three bedrooms in a terraced house. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen/dining room leading into a conservatory that opens onto a sunny courtyard garden. Just off the conservatory is a utilty room with the home's second toilet & basin, washing machine. On the first floor, hallway, single bedroom, double bedroom, bathroom with walkin shower, separate bath, toilet, basin Located in a welcoming community there are plenty of great local amenities near by. Bristol Templemeads & Montpelier train stations are a short distance away, 20minutes walk. The Central Bus Station is 15 - 20 minutes walk. Taxis to both train stations and bus station cost around £7:00. Close to the M32, Cabot Circus and city centre are 10minutes walk away. Roseberry House

Stay in our three bed 2 bath family home with a garden and a cat. We are the heart of St George, East Bristol with great transport links to the rest of Bristol. As well as the Bristol to Bath cycle path just by our local park. We have some lovely nature just in our doorstep. St George’s park which is great for kids as well as for catching the evening sun. Conham river park is also just round the corner. Our local high street has lovely bars, restaurants and cafe as well as plenty more nearby.
