The flat provides all your day to day amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, king size bed, flat-screen TV with Sonos surround sound speakers, off street secure parking space and private garden with BBQ. I’ll be on hand to assist any queries, offer recommendations for your visit and make sure you have a great stay in Bristol!

A special place close to Bristol centre, Clifton and our iconic harbourside. A one or two bed flat with a separate sitting room which can be used as a 2nd ensuite bedroom as required. Separate kitchen/diner. A short walk into Clifton Village with oodles of eateries, pubs and independent shops. Short walk to harbourside, the Downs and the Suspension Bridge/ Ashton Court. Fabulous views over this City. Everything walkable and accessible. This is a basement flat in our beautiful Georgian home.

A stunning cosy getaway located within a nature conservation area, only an 8 minute drive from Bristol Parkway Train Station. The space includes a kitchen & bathroom, lounge, central heating and a mezzanine bedroom. A peaceful haven within Bristol. Cycle paths connect the cottage directly to Bristol City Centre along a beautiful riverside path. Snuff Mills nature reserve is a 2 minute walk away, with pleasant walks along the steep wooded banks of the River Frome all the way to Oldbury Park.

The cottage are only a few minutes’ drive from places of interest like Bath, Bristol, Wells, Cheddar Gorge and the Mendip Hills. Even the famous Cotswolds are only a 30 minute drive away. With many walks to choose from directly from the cottage it is also the perfect spot for nature lovers who would like to leave the car. The cottages are a within walking distance from Keynsham trainstation (free parking close by) and the town centre with lots of pubs, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

I travel a lot but this is my home so expect personal things in there. I love sharing it with respectful guests. This is a quiet beautiful area so music and hot tub need to be off by 10pm respecting the neighbours. Basement flat with private entrance and garden. BBQ, firepit, Nespresso machine…(just bring your coffee pods, charcoal or logs). Easy access to the city. On street parking available upon request (£5 per day). HOT TUB HIRE FEE (£120 per stay) - 48hours advanced notice required
