The Hideaway Bristol/bath
The hideaway is nestled above a private field, in a grove of fir trees, overlooking the rolling fields of Hanham hills This hidden sanctuary provides an escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life and allows you to fully immerse yourself in nature. Lie in bed listening to the dawn chorus or spend a night under the stars in our private field, the hideaway offers a truly unforgettable experience. Situated 20 minuets away from both Bristol and Bath, this hand-built hideaway is perfect for those looking for an idyllic country setting with the opportunity to explore two culturally beautiful cities. The hideaway is ideally located to provide privacy whilst offering spectacular views of the South West countryside. It has been designed efficiently to maximise space but maintains comfort and ensures a relaxing stay. Accommodating 2 guests, the Shepherd’s Hut is split into a cosy, elevated sleeping compartment with curtains and a fully equipped kitchenette/living area, beautifully furnished giving a rustic feel. Separated from the living space by a curtain, the bedroom compartment is cosy and private, boasting a large king-sized bed. The hut also provides a large adjustable , wall-mounted TV, complete with Wi-Fi, which can be watched from the living area or the bedroom. The kitchenette is perfect for preparing simple meals, offering a sink with hot and cold water, handsome wooden worksurfaces, a microwave,oven,grill, 3 in 1 a kettle, and a fridge. After preparing your meal, you can sit on the soft sofa in front of the TV or take a seat on the foldable dining chairs accompanied with a foldable dining table. On a pleasant, sunny day you can take your meal outside and enjoy the rich birdsong that fills the air whilst eating your meal. If you are lucky, you may spot the deer that roam the fields surrounding the hut. Located a few meters away from the main space is a separate hut containing the surprisingly spacious bathroom a large heated wet room complete with a W.C and washbasin. If an indoor shower does not appeal to you, the hut also provides a unique outdoor shower. Complete with hot and cold water, it is a memorable feature for you to enjoy, no matter the weather. A few steps away from the doors to the hut is a wooden staircase that leads you down into the field where you are free to roam and relax. Why not take one of the picnic blankets provided and enjoy a tranquil afternoon cup of tea on the grass or sipping the prosecco gifted to you in your Welcome Pack. Area The hideaway is in Hanham hills 2 miles outside of Keynsham. This offers the best of both worlds. It is rural but well connected as there are several main roads that run through the area. It offers lovely country walks, many close to the river Avon. There are many public houses in the area (4 within a 10 min walk and an additional 5 within a 10 min drive) as well as local supermarkets. It is located halfway between Bath and Bristol; it is half an hour’s drive to each. Both are vibrant, fascinating cities with many attractions. Bath boasts the famous Roman Baths, Thermae Bath Spa and the iconic Royal Crescent. Bristol is famous for the incredible Clifton Suspension Bridge and the bustling bars and cafes along the Harbourside. We are also located 20 minutes away from the outstanding National Trust Area- Dyrham Park. The Garden Flat, quiet & entirely separate. Bath
The Garden Flat is quiet, cosy and on its own at the end of the garden. It's private for you to come and go uninterrupted. It's very well situated for Bath University, Prior Park and Monkton Combe. The city of Bath is a 20 min walk downhill and there are regular buses recommended for your return back up to Combe Down village. Sit out in the kitchen garden with fruit trees trained up trellising and enjoy country walks on the doorstep. A local Nisa and Deli are a short walk away in the village.

The Old Library, Colham Mill
Colham Mill Farm is nestled in a beautiful, peaceful, unspoilt valley, walking distance from Castle Combe Village. There are 2 pubs, a michelin star restaurant and a cafe. As well as a golf course and Castle Combe race circuit. The Old library is a detached building full of character and charm. It dates from 1705 and has low beams throughout the property. It is spacious and has modern amenities for you to enjoy! We are a working farm with animals and children and can't wait to welcome you!

Henley House Annex - Rooms with a view
Large modern annex situated within the Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Fabulous views front and back to the hills and across the Somerset Levels. Great base for exploring Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, Wells, Priddy and much more with walking trails starting at the house. Ideal Studio for quiet work, for couples on a break, and young families. Large Bathroom, balconies, studio kitchenette, king sized bed and one optional sofa bed. Parking . Continental breakfast included.

The Annexe, Champion House, Moorend Farm, BS16 1SP
A fantastic location. An historic house with a wealth of associations. Dating from c. 1640, the house was modernised in 1676 and then again in 1723. We have been here since 1999. A great stepping off point, whether you are going to London, The Cotswolds, Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham etc. We are very near to the Motorway network, 2 Railway Stations (Bristol Temple Meads or Bristol Parkway), Bristol Airport, Coach station in Bristol. Locally there are quality Pubs, Indian and Chinese eateries.

Pretty annex with kitchen and private garden
This lovely annex has its own private entrance with a small fenced garden and patio area with table and chairs. There is one ensuite kingsize bedroom (or 2 singles) and a open plan kitchen with sofa bed (more suitable for children as no separate bathroom) There is parking outside. Our beautiful hamlet is very quiet with great walks from the door. We do run a working farm so you may occasionally hear that in action. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

Just 7 miles from the historic city of Bath designated a UNESCO world heritage site and 8 miles from vibrant Bristol

Beautiful upside down cottage in rural location
Light and airy, The Cottage is a converted haybarn built into the gentle slope of the hill. Downstairs there is a sunny double bedroom and a shower room, upstairs a double height open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sitting/tv area with far ranging views across open fields and a stable door opening out onto the back garden with outside sitting/eating area and mature apple trees. A bridlepath runs outside the window where horses and dogs roam.

Recently refurbished, 1000 sq ft (93 sq m), light and airy garden flat in a large Victorian house. Seconds away from the restaurants, bars, shops and train station of Whiteladies Road. A few minutes from Clifton Downs and Bristol University. Guests have shared use of gardens. In addition to the kingsize bed, we have a Z-Bed plus a travel cot for infants. The kitchen has basic essentials for two people, so unfortunately it is not ideal entertaining friends and family.
