The Garden Apartment

This beautiful and private garden flat is situated in a quite close in the Withdean area of Brighton, it is a private and self contained apartment. It has parking and an EV charge point. It’s a short walk to Preston park and Preston Park station and is on a main bus route into Brighton with buses 5 and 5a running every 10 minutes. Please be aware, we are not central Brighton. It has its own entrance through to the garden, down 2 sets of steps with handrails and lights to the secluded apartment.

A self-contained 1-bedroom flat with its own entrance in an Edwardian seaside villa. Close to the beach, overlooking the Marina, with a seafront stroll to the city centre. Completely refurbished in 2021 including a new kitchen and ensuite shower room, the apartment sports a fabulous sea view and a lovely vista over the nearby South Downs National Park. The flat will comfortably sleep 4 people in a double bed in the bedroom with ensuite, and on a comfy sofabed in the bright and spacious lounge.

This modern large open plan Eco house is quietly tucked away behind electric gates set back from the road but still close to the seaside and shops. People often say that they never knew a house was there! An added bonus is the free off street parking for up to 3 cars, and an EV charger which can be used overnight at a small additional charge. There is everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing stay - yet we are right in the heart of Hove with shops, cafes, restaurants, and pubs galore.

Lovely 1 Bedroom Flat with Mid Century Vibes

Enter the flat by a spiral staircase into a welcoming, warm and comfortable space. The flat has retro inspired furniture and furnishings throughout. The sitting/dining room is a warm blue with little pops of colour, and has a great view over the garden to relax and have breakfast with. The kitchen and bathroom have a quirky design, and are clean and fresh feeling, having all the amenities you need. The bedroom has a comfortable standard double bed, blackout curtains and lots of hanging space.

A comfortable home in a quiet neighbourhood of Brighton, yet close enough to take a bus or taxi into the city centre. You can walk straight onto the south downs from here too. Hosts Paul and Lucy (and 2 teens) live next door with black labrador Jessie. There is a patio area with table for guests to enjoy, the rest of the garden is not available. Access to the rest of the garden by prior arrangement for dogs visiting. Not suitable for parties/hens/stags. No smoking in the house or garden.

My place is located on the first floor of the property it has stairs leading up to the front door. When inside there are stairs to reach flat. It is close to restaurants and bars, there is also a wide selection of shops including 3 supermarkets, Laundry. You’ll love my place because of the comfy small double bed, which has "Emma" memory foam mattress. Bedding and towels, soap and shower gel are provided.
