Redwood Sanctuary is located in the idyllic Oakland Hills with beautiful vistas, hikes, and parks within a short drive. The home is situated on half an acre of land in the middle of redwood, eucalyptus, and oak trees secluded away from other homes. Montclair village is an 8 minute drive, providing lots of great food and shops. Minutes from Highway 13 and 580. It is a 1 bedroom studio with a queen bed and a pull out sofa bed. Welcome to the Georgiana Slough: a gorgeous, slow-moving and quiet river. The River House is the only house in the area built right on the water. It's almost like being on a houseboat, and you can fish right from the deck! Kayaks are provided. Relax, swim, boat, or fish with otters, beavers, sea lions, owls, herons and more! We are located in the Pacific flyway for migrating birds, so the winter birds are delightful. If you like wine, there are dozens of wineries nearby.

Private guest suite - Clean and Quaint

Quiet and homey private room located right near premiere Walnut Creek dining and entertainment. Entirely renovated and state of the art bathroom/bedroom nestled off a quiet and private drive. Single bedroom, queen size bed and private bathroom. The room is separated from the main house for complete privacy. Wifi, cable TV and other great amenities provided. My place is great for business travelers. It does not have shared facilities for laundry or cooking.

Cozy Cottage Near the River

Clean and private, a standalone dwelling separated from my own residence by a parking pad. Small 2bd/1bath cottage. A 2 minute walk to the Sacramento River, bars, and restaurants. Boat launch is practically across the street. The kitchen is stocked with plates, silverware, pots, coffee maker, etc. (Just please clean up after yourself) There is WiFi, but it is not always reliable so I haven’t listed it as an amenity but it usually works well for the tv.
