Welcome to Tips Up, a residence in Golfside Condos at Shanty Creek Ski and Golf Resort. This first floor condo sits on the 18th hole of the Cedar River Golf Course designed by Tom Weiskopf and off the Purple Lift for skiing in/out. Enjoy the ease being situated right next door to the Lodge and it's amenities. The space also comes with use of the Lodge's outdoor pool, two hot tubs, and free shuttle bus between the 4 Villages and downtown Bellaire. We are located just 20 minutes from Torch Lake.

Ski-In/Walk-out Condo at Boyne Mountain

This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo is located in Disciples Village at Boyne Mountain Resort. It is considered a ski-in/walk-out condo, as you can ski right back to the building (weather permitting), however you do have a short walk out to the Boyneland run. It includes all of the amenities that Boyne Mountain has to offer (additional costs my be required), including skiing/snowboarding, tubing, waterpark, restaurants, tennis courts, 2 golf courses, Deer Lake beach access with boat rentals, etc.

This charming property is located in Downtown Charlevoix. Tucked behind Bridge St with a welcoming courtyard full of gardens, you will fall in love. This historic cottage was built in late 1800 and there are hints of its vintage throughout, creating charm and character. The property has been perfectly updated and offers modern amenities: gas fireplace, subway tile showers, wi-fi, Sonos, smart TV, brand new Casper mattresses! The linens are luxurious and all details have been thought of.

Resort amenities including the beach, when open, are available at ADDITIONAL COST and registration. We are pet friendly with a 2 dog maximum, no cats.
