Enjoy the peace and quiet of the country with all the conveniences of the city just 10 minutes away! This beautiful home is located on a full acre in a quiet country subdivision. Includes shared use of the playground, fire pit, grill, patio, and even a few chickens! Our (shrinking) family lives on the main floors and you will stay in the 1500 square foot daylight basement apartment with separate entrance. You will have complete privacy, but also the peace of mind knowing the owners are nearby.

Enjoy movies on a 65” screen with surround speakers. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster oven and pancake mix-breakfast at your leisure! Paper products provided as the only sink is in the bathroom. Workout in our shared gym 2 bedrooms-king and bunk (twin, full, trundle) and 1 bathroom Guest access: You will need to walk around back and down about 20 stairs. Things to note: The space is the basement of our home so you may hear us-fans and white noise provided. 2 vehicles only

Nestled in a quiet and safe neighborhood, this place has all you need for your travel stay; featuring a kitchenette, washer/dryer, bathroom, queen murphy bed, dining table, sitting area, work desk, WIFI, Cable, and free parking close to the private entry door. No cleaning fees! Also, guests have access to an outdoor enclosure for traveling pets who need a stretch.

1930's Renovated Store! - The Store Front

This historic brick store was built back in the 1930s, nestled on 26th Street (near historic 25th Street). It has a history of being a boutique, a hardware store, and a beloved toy shop but has now been renovated into a modern, yet original living space. The original brick and beams have been preserved in order to keep its historic charm but it has also been updated enough to provide a modern and cozy stay. Big, frosted windows provide photo studio lighting -- making for the perfect photoshoot!

Bear River Guesthouse

We invite you to enjoy quiet country living at its finest. Located right off of 1-15, our property is right next to the Bear River and adjacent to Bear River Bottoms Hunting Club. Nearby is Hansen Park (1 mile away), Crystal Hot Springs (8 miles away), or Golden Spike National Historic Park (32 miles away). We have a family friendly yard equipped with slide, swings, trampoline and pond stocked with fish/turtles. 1 bedroom, toy loft, and a large family room. Additional beds are available.

Farmhouse Retreat- Skiing/ long stays/ short stays

This suite is part of the new guesthouse portion of our home. Our charming home was originally built in 1936 (by a wonderful couple I was blessed to know) but has since undergone many additions and remodels. We are in love with it and the gorgeous mountains surrounding us. With hiking/mountain biking trailheads < 1 mile away, reservoirs, rivers, and ski resorts close by, there's plenty to get out and do, or just enjoy our farmhouse retreat on over an acre of grass, fruit trees, and gardens.

You’ll be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located two bedroom, basement apartment with its own entrance and full kitchen. Cozy beds and easy atmosphere affords peace to relax when not out adventuring the amazing Ogden area. You’re within walking distance to Ogdens famous 25th street which provides AMAZING Restaurants and plenty of night life. Hiking and biking trails are just a stones throw away or Enjoy a short ride up to some of Utah’s most beautiful mountain resorts.

Apple Berry Cabin

The cabin is on our family farm nestled next to a 2 acre apple orchard and spring fed ponds. You can enjoy a stroll through the trees, especially nice in spring when the trees are blooming. Relax next to the ponds while watching the fish swiming or the turtles basking in the sun. The area is great for bird watchers, with a wide variety of birds that vary with the seasons. There is no WiFi available. The bathroom is in the house next to the cabin, but has a private access for guests only.

Our apartment has an open concept dining, kitchen and living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances. The cupboards are stocked with cooking/dining necessities. The living area provides ample room to gather for games, conversation or television viewing on the 65" SmartTV monitor.

Pet Fee of $100 per night per animal, non refundable. With high speed fiber optic internet it is perfect for working online. Near many ski resorts, fishing lakes, rivers.
