On the River within walking distance of downtown Boulder on the bike path . The house was built in 1926 as part of a summer vacation community. It is now a special row on houses at the base of Boulder Canyon. Trail heads to flagstaff and Sanitas trails are within a 10 minute walk. The main bedroom has a large operable window and a bathroom at the top of the stairs off the kitchen. The second bedroom has a full bed. The house has a lovely backyard space to enjoy with a picnic table.
