A 5 minute walk to Owairoa Primary School. Howick Beach is only a 5 minute drive and bus stops near by, its also an easy ferry ride in to central Auckland City. Stay in a piece of Howick history on the site of the old Kelsey General store (circa 1870), we even still have the original well! Incredibly local to Howick Village, only a short walk to cafes, bars, shops, and supermarkets. Walking distance to Owairoa Primary. A quiet unit above a double garage that is not used often, and is separate from the main house with no internal access.
