This is a beautiful 1500 s.f. Bungalow on the Sierra hill side overlooking the San Juaquin Valley. Very peaceful, very serene, and very private. Kitchen is stocked with utensils for preparing meals and coffee is provided. The cottage is within walking distance to restaurants, the historic courthouse, YART, Main St. shops, and it's only a 45 minute drive Yosemite!
