Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place! It is an "apartment", but it's the only one in the building. The Suite sits above a winery in a pastoral setting outside of town. You can relax in your own living space with Internet, Internet TV, and Wi-FI. A fully equipped kitchen including a wine fridge are at your convenience. The bedroom has a king-sized bed with a TV, a phone charger, and lots of storage. The bathroom is super spacious with a full shower and includes a washer and dryer.

Newly updated and elegant 2 bedroom apartment in historic downtown Boone building. Coin operated laundry, elevator, on site management 8-5, M-F, semi secured building and video surveillance in common areas are just some of the things that make this place special! This will sleep 4 but there are just two beds (a queen and a full/double/standard). The city does not allow overnight parking on downtown streets, but there are two free well lit municipal lots each about a block from our building.

Take a train ride, ride the Rail Explorers, kayak down the Des Moines River or visit the Ledges. Includes separate entrance and spacious living quarters. Has pool table, bar, and kitchenette area. Two comfortable separate bedrooms with a shared bathroom. We have dwarf Nigerian goats that love treats, and horses and ponies that love attention.

The space was completely renovated in 2023 and has everything you will need for a perfect stay. The unit is located in central Boone and within walking distance to several local restaurants.

All ground floor, this studio unit is just on the edge of downtown Boone. 1 queen bed. The bathroom is shower only, no tub. It's near restaurants, grocery store, banks, post office, shops, a brewery and last, but not least, Yoke's Railhouse Bar is right next door. This sleeps 2 but there is just one bed (a queen).
