This cute little studio accommodates nicely two guests! The rooms have high ceilings, and there is a beautiful view of the quiet inner courtyard. You will find plenty of restaurants, galleries, and the seaside within a few block, just 15 minutes from the center. The living room, connects to the open kitchen. The 140 cm wide bed sleeps two. The bathroom has a washing machine. Apart from the kitchen and the bathroom, the apartment has been newly renovated. My parents are my co-hosts. Welcome!

The apartment is located on a quiet side street, but there are numerous bus and tram lines nearby, so transport connections are excellent, for example to the airport and the port. Cleaning is always included in the price of the room. There are no extra charges or hidden costs and you don't have to worry about cleaning up at the end of your stay.

Vuodevaatteet ja pyyhkeet sisältyvät, myös tee/kahvi. Kh:ssa pesukone. Huomioithan, että 1-2/26 voi arkisin kuulua vaimeana remonttiääniä klo 07-17 (remontti talon toisessa päässä, ei tässä asunnossa, ei edes samassa rapussa). 3-4/26 remontti on viereisessä rapussa, jolloin meluhaitta isompi. Vesikatko arkena mahdollinen. Vkl ei meluhaittaa.

Viihtyisässä huoneessa on kahden hengen vuodesohva, oma wc- ja suihkutila, pyykinpesukone sekä minikeittiö. Kaikki palvelut, kuten kaupat, ravintolat ja apteekit, ovat talon ympärillä. Suomen maamerkit, kuten Sibeliuspuisto, Olympiastadion ja Oopperatalo, metsät ja merenrannat ovat vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä.

Enjoy the best of Helsinki! Completely renovated studio with A/C superbly located near everything. Great views over rooftops from the 5th floor (with elevator), but really peaceful. Next to the apartment are city-bike stations, tram- and buss stops as well as grocery shops, cafes and restaurants. You can walk to the seaside, and to sights as Olympic-stadion, Sibelius-park, Töölön-lahti bay-area. It's 2 km from the main railway station, 10min by tram. Also for long-term stays!
