The property is wonderfully located just on the edge of downtown. The living spaces are large and roomy so you won't feel cramped. The main living area is spacious, light and has plenty of space to spread out. The bedroom too is spacious. Down the hallway you'll find the bathroom with amazing fixtures and finishes. The kitchen will provide all the counter space you need to cook like a creative. We offer complimentary coffee to all our guests! All of the spaces are clean and in great shape!

Location, location, location! If you've never experienced our neighborhood as a destination vacation before, or if it's an old favorite, you're in for a treat! Nestled in the center of vibrant Hyde Park, this upstairs apartment is perfectly situated. Stunning high desert foothills trails, river, city night life; it’s all just a stroll away. This charming apartment is the 2nd level of our historic home. It has a separate entrance. We are walking distance to the heart of downtown Boise with fine dining, breweries, arts and all that Boise has to offer. Out our back door are the Boise foothills for hiking or evening strolls for incredible views of Boise. Includes a private bedroom, spacious living room, separate kitchen and dining area. This entire space has been completely renovated, keeping its original charm and character.

Visiting Boise for business or pleasure, enjoy this quiet, tranquil location. Host will provide entry code prior to check-in.

The daylight basement apartment is part of a bungalow built in 1920, below our counseling office. Walk to Boise Foothills, historic Hyde Park, & downtown. Boise Co-op grocery & deli across the street, & convenience store next door. The apartment has a separate entrance, queen bed & a couch that folds down. Kitchen has a small fridge/freezer, oven, microwave & coffee maker. Wifi & Netflix. Limited parking on street. We do not live on the property, but will be available as needed.

Phillippi Place

Very cozy, centrally located Phillippi Place on the Bench! Close to the airport, shopping, downtown, & restaurants. Home features: private fenced patio area, central heating, and air. The bedroom and bath are located upstairs. Very convenient parking on the street. For guests who are staying longer, if you choose, the carport is available on the back of the building. "No Guests" Rule: Only registered guests are allowed on the property at any time. No visitors, local or otherwise.

Clean, cozy, and easy on the wallet. This no-frills one-bedroom sits in a 100-year-old converted home near St. Luke’s, BSU, the Greenbelt, and Ann Morrison Park.
