You can also walk minutes away if you want good food and fun. Caretakers live on the 1st floor of the house so they can respond to any emergencies and needs of our guests, They're always available to take care of your requests. You can enjoy swimming in our 4-7ft pool after a daytour and bond with your friends and family.

Built 2012. 30 minutes from Panglao/Alona/Airport and close to all Bohol's touristspots. 3 bedrooms with A/C, 3 bathrooms with shower (2 with HOT water). 220 sqm. Very clean pool. Welcome!

Palm View Residence is a quiet, familiar and guarded place 300 meters from the main road. There are some nice restaurants and shops (7-Eleven, 24h) within 800 meters. More restaurants, pubs, banks, ATM's, dive shops, gyms, shops, etc are located at/around Alona Beach. THERE IS NO FOOD TO BUY IN THE RESORT ITSELF!
