The houseboat is at Joyners Marina on Lake Wylie across from Poppa Docks, and has vast lake views and the sun rises and sets over the houseboat. Treat yourself to a staycation and relax on the lake.

You won’t forget your adorable little “boat house” vaca! THE HOUSE IS FLOATING ON THE WATER & CAN ONLY BE REACHED BY WATER. You must either bring your own boat OR kayak OR rent a pontoon boat. Shore access can be via our SUP/kayaks once at the house. Please note there is no wifi. Lots of room to lay your heads, shower/change, and cook meals.
