Welcome to one of the oldest dwellings in the county. This home dating to ~1790 was the residence for the grist mill manager. We are also about an hour from State College and are in a great location for Penn State Football games if you like to avoid high prices and crowds.

Cottage in Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children. Close to fishing: Little Juniata, Spruce Creek, Raystown Lake.

Centrally located home 4 minutes from Aitch Boat Launch & Fishing Pier on Raystown Lake and 15 minutes to Downtown Historic Huntingdon and shopping. First floor features a queen bedroom and full bathroom. Second floor features a queen bedroom, a double twin bedroom, and a half bathroom. Relax outside on the covered deck or hang by the fire ring for a campfire and s'mores! The local area is filled with outdoor activities like hiking, biking, fishing, mountain biking and tons more.
