Both San Francisco and the Wine Country are 45 minutes away! Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young lived on this property when they produced their classic "Deja Vu" album in the early 70's. The album cover photo was taken under our special and majestic oak tree and the photo was developed in the dark room that is now the bedroom.

Our place is great for folks who love the outdoors, music, small town charm. We are around the corner from a famous mountain bike trail. A 10-20 minute walk takes you from one end of our town to the other. Including the best ever organic ice cream shop, a deluxe health food store, live music, brew pubs. Fairfax is a destination town with fun boutiques, drop-in yoga, eclectic restaurants including an exotic tea salon, and hundreds of cyclists touring through. Maximum stay: 6 nights.

Diamond House is a mid-century modern hillside home in a nature-filled setting at the end of a quiet, winding cul-de-sac. The attached guest suite has a private entry separate from the main house, spacious bedroom with sitting area, window AC, and en-suite bath. Split heater for warmth or cool in this well insulated space. Great WiFi and 1 block from a deli serving hot breakfasts etc. Over the hill in Fairfax is the famous Good Earth food store. Great drives to Point Reyes and Golden Gate Bridge. A great base for exploring the area.
