Offering 575 sq. ft. of private, clean, well maintained living quarters include, a kitchen, a cozy living space, w/twin sofa bed, & a spacious bed & bathroom. Chickens just outside your door to greet you a "rise & shine" morning & flowers everywhere. Our seasonal gardens are open for you to enjoy picking organic food, along with farm fresh eggs.

Bear Rock is a stones throw from downtown Custer and numerous Black Hills activities. With the bungalow as your home base you have access to all the Southern Hills has to offer - Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse & Jewel Cave all within a 20 mile radius. Explore Needles Highway & Sylvan Lake in Custer State Park less than 10 mins away. Experience nightlife of an old west town, numerous dining options, coffee shops and local boutiques. UTV trails, golf or mini golf are all within minutes of the bungalow.

Grandma's House is in the heart of the Black Hills, located 1 mile from Hill City, it is minutes away from Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park and more. It sits alone on the edge of a meadow with hills directly behind it and a small, bubbly creek in front of the house. Great cabin with lovely views from the covered porch in the Terry Peak area. Two bedrooms, both containing queen beds, one of these adjustable, the other with a fold-out chair for extra space if needed. One level, open floor plan with a large comfortable sectional that will also pull out into a bed if additional sleeping space is needed. Outdoor fire pit and grill available for your use. Fully stocked kitchen to make you feel right at home while enjoying the Black Hills.
