A beautiful beach on the Solway Coast is only 12 miles away.

Delightful 3 bed caravan with free parking

**NEW double glazing** Nestled on the edge of the Lake district on the solway coat. The location benefits being a short 30 minute drive to the wonderful tranquil lake Bassenthwaite and 40 minutes to the highly popular Keswick and Derwent water. The caravan is on the outskirts allonby. Allonby is a village on the coast of the Allerdale district in Cumbria, England. The village is 5 miles north of Maryport and 8 miles south of Silloth. The town of Carlisle is located 26 miles away.

Pet-friendly and cosy converted byre for two

A converted former farmstead byre, Randel features high beamed ceilings open to the eaves, with plenty of natural light from two gable windows, a roof Velux and window out on to the wooded garden. Entrance is directly into the studio accommodation, consisting of a well fitted kitchen, dining facilities for two, and a comfortable compact sitting/sleeping area. Armchairs give way across the room to a wrought iron double-bed. There is a separate shower room with WC and washbasin.

Our cedarwood lodge has been designed and built for our family and friends to use when they visit. It is in a rural setting about 4 miles outside the market town of Cockermouth but is actually located in the Lake District National Park with stunning views over the fells, Binsey, Skiddaw, Bassenthwaite Lake and Keswick. The lodge has been designed to make the most of those idyllic views and is a retreat for anyone wanting to relax, unwind and enjoy our “world Heritage” status.

Hovel House Shed

The Shed has been custom built, in the paddock, near my small barn conversion. It has a homely atmosphere, with vintage furnishings and up-cycled items. Where possible I’ve tried to be eco friendly. This is a quiet, tranquil place with beautiful views of the Scottish hills beyond the Solway Firth. It’s part of a small hamlet and my former family farm. Animals are often kept in the fields next to The Shed. You’ll experience stunning sunsets and starry skies.
