Home is located on the banks of the Daugava River with a beautiful panoramic view of it. Directly opposite the house in the Daugava are islands with untouched natural habitats and a variety of waterfowl. The holiday home has a terrace area with a beautiful view of the river. For an additional fee, you can enjoy a sauna or jacuzzi, as well as use water or land active recreation equipment. Pedal boats, e-water boards (efoil), a boat, sup, Vespa scooters and electric bicycles are available.

Mansardā ir četri 90x200m matrači. Viesiem pieejams ātrs un bezmaksas Wi-Fi un TV. Lieliska vieta ģimenēm ar bērniem. Sauna ir par papildus maksu. Tuvumā ir Lielvārdes parks. Dažu minūšu gājiena attālumā ir Daugava. Naktsmītnē nav atļauti mājdzīvnieki, ballītes un smēķēšana.
