This stylish place is located between the historical town of Balchik and Albena resort with its spectacular 5 km beach. The apartment is hosted by two Canadian retirees We speak English, Polish & Russian. Parking right in front and fully paved access road. You can drive to Albena beach easily or walk to the access stairs to the seaside. Small shop right at the end of the road incase you need to buy something.

In den Sommermonaten steht ein Pool zur Verfügung und das gesamte Jahr ist ausreichend Platz zum Spielen und Toben oder einfach nur zum Ausruhen, Entspannen und Abschalten. Die Unterkunft ist 2023 saniert und renoviert worden, Ausstattung neu und sauber. Zusätzlicher Lagerraum für Langzeitgäste verfügbar.

Situată în 2 Mai pe strada principală, cu acces direct către plajă, casa este renovată recent. Este compusa din doua dormitoare mari cu pat dublu, un dormitor mai mic pentru copii, două băi, chicinetă (plita cu inductie, prajitor de paine, vesela etc.), terasa si curte. Pereții sunt din piatră, ceea ce face ca temperatura să fie foarte placuta in orice moment al zilei. Acest corp de casă face parte dintr-o proprietate mai mare, cu încă două spații asemănătoare. Ideală pentru familii.

You will love my place because it is a lovely cozy villa with amaizing sea view , deep heated pool and jakuzzi,sauna,green yard,beautiful garden ,outdoor children playground,BBQ zone with furniture!There are Italian style kitchen (espresso-machine,fridge-freezer,toaster,kettles,microwave,oven/hobs ,washing machine, dishwasher est), high ceilings,super kings size beds and bedrooms,airconditions,French style windows. My place is wonderful for couples, families (with kids), groups.
