Unique Kas home with idyllic garden and sea views

This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

It is in a central location and the garden floor belongs to you and the pool only belongs to the customer on the garden floor. The other upper floors will not be used. Wenn du abschalten möchtest und die Seele baumeln lassen willst bist du hier richtig. 15 Minuten bis zum Strand und nur 10 min bis Kalkan. Im Dorfzentrum lediglich 700 Meter entfernt findest du alles was du zum täglichen Leben brauchst.

Zeytin ağaçları içinde modern bir yapı. Uyandığınızda denizin masmavi manzarasını görebileceğiniz harika bir manzarası bulunuyor. Sizde bu anı kaçırmayın. Denize 1.5 km uzaklıktadır. Villaya giden yolun son 100 metresi %20’lik bir eğimden oluşmaktadır. Villamızın terası dışarıdan görünmemektedir. Havuzumuzda ısıtma yoktur.
