Diese wundervolle neue 120 qm2 grosse Dachgeschoss-/Penthousewohnung mit einer Sauna ist im Viktoriakiez (ruhige Lage) - 5 Min Fussweg zum S-Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz und 10 Min Fussweg zur Rummelsburger Bucht am Wasser. Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien. Somit kann auch eine private Bootstour durch Berlin jederzeit bei mir gebucht werden.

Eigener Zugang, Balkon mit Wasserblick, Terrasse und Garten rum herum. Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Badewanne, Schlafzimmer und extra Schlafplatz gegen Aufpreis auf der Bettcouch. Wir wohnen nebenan, also nie ein Zugang- oder Schlüsselproblem. Wir sind am Mauerweg. Auch Haustiere sind willkommen.

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Our Einfach Plus Minilofts are 32sqm studio apartments ideal for up to 2 people + 1 baby. These open-space lofts have a queen-size bed (160 x 200cm), a kitchenette with a large wooden table for eating or working, and finally, an ensuite bathroom with a shower. All Einfach Plus Minilofts have large windows which make the space look really open. They also feature a mini-balcony which opens up the space further and overlooks some of Berlin's Kreuzberg rooftops.

Centrally located in Prenzlauer Berg, Berlin's most beautiful area, in a quiet street with nice restaurants, cafés and lots of green! Netflix is available on both TVs, as well as a fast internet connection (250Mb/s), washing machine and Nespresso machine with capsules selection.

Our light rooftop apartment with its 150 year old wooden beams lies in the middle of a lovely neighbourhood. It comes with a small but stylish kitchen and a luxurious bathroom, equipped with a rain shower and a Finnish sauna. we offer Netflix, cable TV and very fast Internet. Your stay with us will be completely carbon neutraly. The apartment hosts up to three adults or two adults with children.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer neu sanierten Remise aus dem Jahr 1900 in Berlin. Das Haus lässt sich über das Vorderhaus an der Mittenwalderstrasse 8 erschließen und liegt im ruhigen Innenhof. Die 70qm große Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Obergeschoss und ist über eine Treppe erreichbar. Das Herzstück ist die große, helle Küche mit großzügiger Ausstattung und einem Essbereich.
