The Beach House

Gorgeous beach house with all the comforts of home, situated in a tranquil private beach estate. The home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (main ensuite), fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Laundry room with washer/drier combo plus iron. The lounge is fitted with a flat screen smart TV with fibre & DSTV. An indoor braai room / fireplace which opens out onto the back yard, where there is a boma and bench. The rear gate leads to the pristine Mile 16 white sandy beach, approximately 25m away.

Rock Cottage is a beachfront apartment on the famous 16 mile beach on the West Coast of South Africa. Situated 96km outside Cape Town, it is an ideal getaway right on the beach with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a small mezzanine with a sofa-bed for kids (accessed by a wall ladder), a fully equipped kitchen (including dish washer and washing machine), open plan dining and lounge and a deck with barbecue. This is a private self-catering studio unit that accommodates 2 guests only, located in Yzerfontein, approximately 98 kilometers from Cape Town. We are a short walk to the beach with views of the ocean and Dassen Island and magnificent sunsets. There is a queen size bed with linen, electric blanket for the cold months, microwave, full Dstv, WiFi, bar fridge, snappy chef convection plate and Weber barbecue, solar power to keep the lights on. There is a walk in shower and towels are provided.
