El baño grande dispone de lavado suspendido con encimera de cristal, ducha amplia con monomando y mampara de cristal, inodoro y bidet y para los días más fríos dispone de un calentador con mando a distancia. La cocina dispone de todo el menaje funcional, tostadora, batidora, cafetera, exprimidor, horno, placa de inducción, campana decorativa.
