It’s also the only place in Belize that gives you a glimpse into Belize’s past. It’s also the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. We welcome couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids), I say we are not suitable for pets as we have so many animals of our own: dogs, cats, a horse, ducks, chickens etc!

Heliconia is a small garden cabin with a private deck. It has a double bed, a fan, 110w plugs (electricity 24/7), and multiple shared bathrooms (with hot/cold water) that are located nearby. Set aside from the others, the iguana cabana is perfect for a private getaway. Here you will find a little piece of paradise nestled in the jungle alive with the melodious sounds of tropical birds and the gentle sound of the Mopan River flowing close by. There is a large deck built over the river - perfect for doing yoga, swinging on the rope swing into the river for a swim, or just enjoying the view. A restaurant with excellent local cuisine is open for guests.
