Located in a calm neighborhood where normal Portuguese live with local habits (and prices), 30 minutes from the center of Lisbon, Belém or Sintra by public transport (even less by car or Uber). Free and easy parking on the street. Without the tourist tax of 4 euros per day per adult charged in the center of Lisbon It is a functional apartment with 78m², fully equipped, close to a small public garden, where with luck you can see green parrots flying in the early morning and late afternoon.

The apartment is in a residential area of Lisbon and very peaceful location but still within the centre of the city. Next to the Benfica and Sporting football stadiums. Comfortable and near all amenities and transport. Supermarket is a 3 minute walk and the underground is a 5 minute walk with a direct line to the old town. Biggest shopping centre in Europe is 5 minutes away. There are very few bookings on the calendar because it was only put on abnb on 18/6.

Blue House in Sintra village

The Blue House is a home, not a hotel. A house with a story, a house that is not perfect, a house that has memories. Furniture and items in it, carry parts of my life. The Blue House, one of the Casas Andersen, is located in Sintra, walking distance to all places, 600 meters away from Sintra train station, 250 meters from supermarket, and 200 meters from free 24 hours public parking.
