You get privacy without isolation, outdoors without "roughing" it, and all within an easy drive of Smith Mountain Lake.

PLEASE NOTE our animals have moved back to our new Airbnb farm stay in Bedford. Guests staying with us in Lynchburg can visit our baby goats and petting zoo free of charge at our Peaks of Otter Farm stay. We have 25 baby goats as of 3-31-25! STAY IN ONE OF OUR BEAUTIFULLY REMODELED BARN STUDIOS. ROMANTIC, BEAUTIFUL, UNIQUE and COZY. We are a quick 3 MILES to LU and close to food and shopping.
