We love the laidback neighborhood, charming historic architecture, and the 5-block walk to the breezy waterfront along Bay Street. The cozy cottage is one bedroom, one bath, and a lovely living space on a postage stamp lot. The built-in breakfast nook is our favorite spot. Other features are the chic furnishings, 11’ ceilings, tall casement windows, and little front porch. Off-street private parking for one car and smart tv/wifi. The 400 SF cottage is named after the architect's daughter.

Belle Monte is a lovely light-filled 2 story home on high bluff overlooking Middle Creek off the Whale Branch river in Beaufort, SC. See gorgeous sunrises & watch the dolphins from the upstairs deck or sun porch. Great views of the water from most of the house. New lighted dock on deep water so bring your boat! A scenic drive through our barrier islands will take you to the beautiful beaches and trails at Hunting Island State Park - complimentary guest pass provided.

This exquisite residence offers an ideal accommodation choice for individuals attending Marine graduations, seeking a vacation retreat, or on business trips. For a relaxing beach getaway, Hunting Island (National Park) is a quick drive and voted one of the best in SC. With a new swing set for the kids to enjoy. Plus a huge pond just a 1-2 minute walk from the house where you can fish and relax.
