Built in 2023. Our A-Frame style home is located on thirty acres of maple, oak, pine & sassafras rising out of a blanket of ferns set in the Manistee National Forest. Over a mile of well maintained hiking trail winds through the woods. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan. Hosting adults only, no children or pets permitted inside the A, which is designed by a couple to create a perpetually quiet and relaxing place for other couples and ourselves.

Enjoy this spacious 3-bedroom home, on a large lot overlooking Bear Lake. Lake Michigan, Arcadia Bluffs Golf Course and Crystal Mountain Resort are 7 miles away. The Lake is just across the street, where the public swim beach, park, and boat Lauch is. The home boasts large views of the lake and the beautiful sunsets. The home has wonderful old charm and is decorated 1920's style to match the period it was built. There is a 2-stall garage to store your gear, and plenty of parking available.

Lakeview Hideaway

A very relaxing view of the lake and wooded area from a private screened inpatio. Also, if you are lucky, you can see deer that come through early morning or late evening. My location is off 22, I am across the street from the lake. Second house on the right on private paved drive . I have a black bear mailbox at the end of my driveway. Makes it easy to know where to turn into the drive.

We are the perfect spot tucked in the woods close to fun attractions like Crystal Mountain also backing up to many 4x4 trails and acres of National forest the Bear creek is steps away in our back yard with fishing and wild life spotted on a daily basis.
