Cute self-contained sleep out.

Self-contained with bedroom, bathroom and tea/coffee station. Opens onto a small patio in our super sunny garden. We live in the main house on the property but our guest house is at the rear of the property and is nice and private. We do have a small dog that is sometimes in the garden. He’s super friendly but can be kept away if needed. Great location, bus stop at the top of the road which takes you straight into CBD in 15min. Ferry is also located in Birkenhead which is about 5km away.

Wonderful outdoor spaces to sit around and chat with friends - truly unique! 2 minute walk to Cafes, Bar, Takeaways and other interesting little shops. Close to Bus Stop that will take you to the City or if you prefer a short walk to the ferry for a trip to popular Hobsonville to check out the exciting cafes, bars and Farmer's Market or directly to the City. I provide guests privacy, but am only a phone call or message away. Very handy location!

Situated behind the main home with its own private entrance off the garden is a wonderful and private one-bedroom studio fitted with modern quality furnishings throughout, including a kitchenette with a microwave, bar fridge, toaster and kettle. The room has under-floor insulation and air conditioning, and a Smart TV. Free unlimited broadband is also provided. The room can comfortably accommodate two adults and spare (portable) beds can be supplied for an infant (up to 3 years) and a child.

This beautiful oasis in Hobsonville is less than 2 minutes drive from motorway on-ramps travelling North or South and easy access to West Auckland, Whenuapai, Kumeu (10 mins) and the Waitakere Ranges. It is less than 5 minutes drive to the Upper Harbour Bridge which connects Hobsonvile to the North Shore, including Greenhithe and Albany.

The 35 square metre self-contained studio is private, elevated and peaceful with a sunny deck overlooking the garden and Eskdale Reserve's native bush. Both the studio and its carpark are out of sight and sound of the road down a long sloping ROW that is shared with the main house. NOT suitable for guests with restricted mobility because of the stairs from carpark to studio (see photos). Uncluttered. Suitable for cooking, working, relaxing. 10min walk to nearest shop and bus stops.

A paddleboard and fresh eggs, fruit, and herbs from the garden are available during your stay!

Our family home is in Birkenhead on Auckland's North Shore with sensational harbour and bush views The separate, self-contained apartment has a full kitchen, unlimited high-speed 100mbps (WiFi ), a new LG 55" TV (with NETFLIX), Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. The bedroom features a queen bed and quality linen. Breakfast is provided consisting of cereal, bagels/toast, plunger coffee/ teas and preserves.

Herald Island Hideaway

This unique, freestanding tiny house with lean-to is a private, welcoming space and is ideal for one person or a couple. It has a small, private fenced yard and a dedicated free parking space for one vehicle in the front. Everything you need to prepare a delicious meal is provided in the fully equipped kitchen: pick up your supplies at the supermarkets in Hobsonville or the Farmers Market at the weekends at Hobsonville Point.
