Holiday appartment in Oberammergau

Our flat was renovated in March 2013. You can expect a bright and modern living room with space for up to three people. The kitchenette is equipped with a dish-washer, stove, coffee/espresso maker, micro-wave, kettle, toaster, fridge and sink. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The bed room is on the first floor and offers a cozy double bed as well as a flat-screen TV with DVD-player. There is also a private terrace attached to the flat, with sunlight for almost the entire day as well as a garden. The house is built entirely of native wood and offers a particularly healthy living comfort. About Oberammergau: The small town of Oberammergau is located in the Bavarian Alps. It hosts the famous Oberammergau Passion Play every ten years. Much of its charme is due to the village's historical colourful houses ('Lüftlmalerei'). But Oberammergau is also an active community: a cinema, a theatre, a few museums and a variety of cafés and restaurants make Oberammergau a nice place to live. You can also easily reach the famous castles of Linderhof and Neuschwanstein (by car it will take you 15 or 45 min respectively to reach the castles). The Ettal Abbey is about 2 miles/4 km from Oberammergau, and you can walk or cycle there. In the winter, the Bavarian Alps are a skiing region. Oberammergau offers ski lifts for amateurs and pros alike. Garmisch-Partenkirchen (20 min by car) is Germany's largest ski ressort. We are member of the Königscard initiative, which means that you will be able to use the swimming pools, ski lifts, museums and many other activities (including boat tours, guided tours in the snow, theatre plays...) in Oberammergau and the entire region (Tirol, Ammergauer Alpen, Blaues Land, Allgäu) for free! There is more information available on the Königscard website which you can easily find with a search engine. This is a great offer for anyone who would like to make the most of their holiday and is entirely for free for you!

Ich vermiete eine frisch renovierte, sanierte und neu eingerichtet 1-Zimmer-Wohnung mit herrlichem Bergblick im wunderschönen Luftkurort, Immenstadt im Allgäu. Immenstadt liegt im Herzen des Allgäus mitten in den Allgäuer Alpen in der Ferienregion Alpsee-Grünten. Die Wohnung liegt zentrumsnah und ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Berg-, Ski- und Badeausflüge. Das Kleinwalstertal in Österreich ist ca. 30 Autominuten entfernt.

Brenda´s Mountain Home

The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dinning area and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a terrace with a view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.

Abenteuer?! Blockhütte im tinyhouse-Stil für die gemütliche Auszeit im Vogtland. Die Hütte hat ein kleines Bad mit Fußbodenheizung, Dusche, WC und ein Spülbecken. Den Schlafplatz für zwei Personen erreicht man durch eine bequeme Leitertreppe. Es gibt einen kleinen Holzofen der die Hütte heizt, als Herd genutzt wird und Behaglichkeit verbreitet. Direkte Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück. Es befindet sich eine weitere Hütte auf dem Grundstück die auch gelegentlich Gäste beherbergt.

Haus am Vogelherd

Unser Ferienhaus hat eine Wohnfläche von 70 qm. Es liegt am Ortsrand vom Luftkurort Westerheim auf 823 m Höhe. In der Nachbarschaft sind Gewerbebetriebe, die jedoch nur wenig Lärm verursachen. Das Haus ist komplett 150 cm hoch eingezäumt. Direkt vom Haus weg führen Wanderwege und im Winter bei Schnee wird auch eine Loipe gespurt. Für Kinder gibt es ein Schaukel mit Kletterstange. Wanderungen oder Radtouren können direkt vor der Haustür starten, und auch die Skipisten sind nur eine große Wiese entfernt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur ca. 200 m entfernt. Bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es einen großen Fernseher mit Netflix und schnelles WLAN.

Hier können Sie während Ihres Frühstücks einen schönen Blick auf Garten und Waxensteine und Alpspitze genießen.

Natur pur im Fichtelgebirge

Unsere Unterkunft liegt absolut ruhig, in nur wenigen Schritten ist man in der Natur. Sie ist optimal geeignet für 2 Erwachsene und 2-3 Kinder. Der große Garten mit einem Bach ist ideal für Kinder. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Loipen und das Biathlon Stadion mit Skiroller Bahn und Skilift, Schlittenhang, MTB Trails und Wanderwege. Am Fichtelsee ist man zu Fuß in 20 Minuten.
