Immerse yourself in the charm of Brunswick’s scenic surroundings with a 3-mile paved bike path along the Androscoggin river, where eagles soar and sturgeon jump. In a short walk into town, you’ll find all of the restaurants and the activities associated with a college town, with the prestigious Bowdoin College just a mile away.

Enjoy sweeping vistas of the Atlantic Ocean from this 2002 home perched among spruce trees above the rocky coast. Watch for bald eagles and seals. Fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves. Walk down to the edge of the ocean to lounge or picnic. Walk 6 minutes or drive the 0.1 miles to the park entrance. Hike the Little River Trail. The house has vaulted ceilings, panoramic views, fully equipped kitchen, and whirlpool bath.

Cottage on Todd Bay

The 2025 season has ended, and the cottage and Midcoast Maine are settling in for a quiet winter. We're continuing to take bookings for 2026, and we'll reopen in early May. We want to thank all of our guests, present and future, and to wish you a quiet, safe winter. We're looking forward to next summer on Todd Bay!
