The town offers many great boutiques and antique stores. The cottage is a block from famous homes featured in the movies, Hope Floats and The Tree of Life. You can see the Hope Floats house from the porch! Come unwind and enjoy the small-town life!

Austin's airport is only 20-25 minutes away, San Antonio is 1 1/2 hrs away and Houston is 2 hrs away. Amenities include: Full bed & Hide-a-bed. Table and four chairs. Air conditioner and floor heater. Bath w'shower, sink and toilet. Kitchenette w' a toaster, microwave and toaster oven. Frig with a freezer top. Hand sanitizer.

The Bunkhouse on a working 60 acre cattle ranch

Welcome to the Bunk House. Come experience the "pretty place" in a 420 sq ft mini-house designed to provide a comfortable and secluded space within a ranch setting. It is located 25 minutes from COTA and a mere 40 minutes to AUS. We are 10 mi. from the BBQ capital of Texas in Lockhart. P-N Ranch is a working cattle ranch on 62 acres. The Bunkhouse has beautiful views of the hay fields and the pecan grove. It has a dock on a huge tank that is stocked with fish. Enjoy the country!
