Här bor du lugnt och rymligt på ca 120kvm med 2 sovrum, kök, stort vardagsrum med soffa, tv och matplats samt badrum med wc, dusch, tvättmaskin & torktumlare. Intill huset finns lummig, insynsskyddad uteplats med grill alldeles bredvid hagar med får och hästar. Bilen kan du parkera precis utanför.

Spacious terrace for sunbathing and evening bbq. You will love swimming in the fjord. Private beach and jetty (for the neighbourhood). Open fireplace and unlimited Wi-Fi. The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

Das Haus wurde 2017 renoviert und überzeugt unsere Gäste in der Gestaltung des Innenraumes. Hier fühlen sich allein Reisende, Paare und Familien gleichermaßen wohl. Auch für befreundet Reisende bietet sich die Möglichkeit, die benachbarte Strandstuga und Haus Kilstrand gleichzeitig zu mieten und so mit Freunden unterwegs zu sein und trotzdem seine Rückzugsmöglichkeit zu bewahren. A unique thatched house right at the waterfront. The view from the Balcony is nothing more than fabulous. The house has direct acces to the beach and the jetty. The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. If you need a place to relax and enjoy the ocean, the luxery and the view in a exclusive environment, you have come to the right place.

Fullt utrustat gästhus nära havet med trädgård

Nära havet i Lerkil med bad på klippor eller strand finns vårt fräscha gästhus på 3 rum och kök. Huset passar för 1- 4 personer och är utrustat med allt ni behöver, även för längre vistelser. Dessutom ingår lakan, handdukar och slutstädning och två cyklar. Ni får egen uteplats med grill och trädgårdsmöbler, här kan ni verkligen koppla av i lugn och fridfull miljö. Det är nära till fin natur, vandring och strövområden, cykling och fiske. Elbilsladdare finns.

Gästhus med fantastisk utsikt nära naturen

Bo på en gård anno 2022. Nybyggt stenhus i en vacker omgivning och med en fantastisk utsikt över landskap och hav. En unik boendeupplevelse med idealiska förutsättningar för lugn, närhet till naturen och Bjärehalvöns alla utflyktsmål. Under 2025 har vi inte färdigställt den närmaste miljön runt huset men en altan med utemöbler finns. Vi ombesörjer sängkläder och handdukar. Vill du att vi tar hand om slutstädning kostar det 600kr.

Splendid holiday home in center of Båstad

Ett rymligt och fullutrustat semesterhus som fungerar lika bra på sommaren som på vintern. Öppen planlösning med öppen spis matdel, och TV-hörna på ovanvåningen. Två sovrum gör det idealiskt för fyra personer med möjlighet till en extrabädd på ovanvåningen (tillägg per natt tillkommer för extrabädd). Vi erbjuder normalt inte lakan eller handdukar, men kan erhållas mot extra avgift av 200kr per gäst.
