Ofrecemos a nuestros huéspedes un espacio con cocina y utensilios básicos, la cocina cuenta con microondas, tostadora, horno, cafetera y nevera. Sala cuenta con un mueble AC/C comedor. Ofrecemos una habitación que consta de una cama tamaño queen a/C T.V pequeño en la habitación, Wifi y Roku( con su propia cuenta) también pueden acceder a dos baños uno dentro de la casa y el otro esta ubicado en el área de la piscina. Hay una piscina 3@6 de profundidad. En la residencia hay agua caliente.

Además, a 20 minutos tenemos sobre 50 restaurantes de comidas variadas y bellas playas como lo es el balneario La Monserrate en Luquillo, La Pared, Seven Seas, etc.
