My Favorite Beach House

My favorite beach house is a patio family home in North Myrtle Beach. A 6 minute walk, 3 blocks to the beach. Bright & airy, decorated with personal furniture and belongings bought from all over the world, the owner is a well known photojournalist. There are 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths, a stocked kitchen, outdoor patio w/charcoal grill & outdoor shower. Located in the center of Crescent Beach which is a historic local beach community. We welcome your pets and have a gated patio, also free parking.

Beautiful, newly renovated 4-bedroom raised beach house only 2 blocks from the ocean. Plenty of room for outdoor entertainment with a large pool area surrounded by palms and access to a salt marsh for fishing. Only moments away from Barefoot Landing shopping, golf, and nightly entertainment. In consideration of younger guests, younger than 25, a dep $1500 will be required before check-in and 2 prof references sent directly to gkladd@comcast.net from nonrelatives older than 25 years of age.

There are two piers within a short drive distance. These are great spots for fishing and relaxing. Palmeras Beach House is a new construction with up-to-date finishes. We have lawn and beach chairs, a charcoal grill, a beach cart, and table games. We hope you will find it refreshing and calm for your beach getaway.
