This new modern home is anything but ordinary. With four 11 foot windows lining the front of the home it allows for the space to feel light and airy. The bright interior is a perfect contrast to the exterior. Located in a quite neighborhood close to Newbury Neck Beach. This home offers parking, WIFI, a washer and dryer, and an outdoor lounge area. Just a short drive will put you in the heart of Blue Hill where you’ll find great restaurants and cafes. Acadia National Park is just 30 miles away.

We look forward to welcoming you to Baileard House, a comfortable and stylish home from where to launch all your adventures on Mount Desert Island. Located in a premier Bar Harbor Village location, this historic home is spacious, comfortable and family friendly, with 5+ bedrooms, 4 baths, several dining areas and living areas, and a delightful front porch and dining garden. Acadia National Park ocean front & garden cottages

Both our houses are designed in the contemporary style. We used custom made decor and cherry tree furniture. A lot of windows, glass doors, bright and open space are inside the house. It is very quiet outside. You most likely will be alone at the beach. We share the whole sea cove with only one neighboring house. It is a pure paradise if you want to live on the beach on your own and within minutes of driving to the main local attractions. You'll be amazed of our botanical garden and landscape.

You will love the location of "On Island Time". A cute coastal themed cottage steps to waterfront & right in downtown Bar Harbor. Waterview & smell of salty sea breeze greet you from your doorstep! In town retreat close to Acadia

This cozy one bedroom retreat is ideally located for walking to downtown or a stroll into Acadia. Secluded off of a residential street and with off street parking, the house has a private courtyard for you to enjoy, a full kitchen, washer/dryer and AC/heat. The park's loop road with access to Sand Beach, Ocean Drive, Champlain mountain and a huge network of trails are just down the street while restaurants, the village green, shops, shore path and an active waterfront are a 15 min. walk away.

Southwest Harbor Cottage
