Why not kick back & relax in this calm stylish chalet? The owners, have tenderly re-created a heavenly chalet after the original chalet from the 1930's was knocked down in 2019 & rebuilt to this stunning standard by local craftsmen. The owners wanted a family space to share with guests, and have a mix of modern , retro & vintage with panoramic views over the ocean stretching as far as Rame Head ,Looe, Seaton & Downderry. Close to HMS Raleigh &Polhawn Fort. There are 120 steps down to the chalet.

Self-contained converted barn

Langmans Bothy is a self contained, converted barn sharing a drive with our home. It is neither attached to, nor visible from our home. It has a bedroom, shower room and loo, a living area which includes a sofa, TV, WiFi internet and a small kitchen area with a kitchen in a cupboard which contains a fridge, two ring hob and sink. There is a separate combi-oven and a small fridge/freezer. There is a south facing terrace with a table and two chairs overlooking our garden. There is no EV charger

Totally refitted for this season, as well as the private hot tub adjacent to The Hut, there is a large outdoor wooden gazebo, offering perfect places to enjoy sunsets or starry skies. The Hut is ideally situated in South Devon and offers a peaceful rural retreat with close proximity to many Devon beaches and towns.

You might just sleep better than you have in years.

With views out toward Burgh Island, you're steps away from the coastal path & the most beautiful beaches in the area. Walk, sail, cycle, surf, swim or sunbathe and immerse yourself in nature. On your return unwind in this cosy, relaxed space to eat in or take a stroll down to one of the nearby pubs for dinner. Finally enjoy a comfortable nights sleep in the beautifully appointed master bedroom.

Dog friendly. A minute’s walk from the renowned Oyster Shack and the popular Avon estuary, the sandy beaches of Bigbury, Bantham and Salcombe are nearby.

A cosy two bedroom place, hidden between the rooftops of a beautiful village in the South Hams, Devon. There is a double bedroom, with shower room off and a further single bedroom. The living, dining and well equipped kitchen, are all open plan. Perfectly positioned in heart of the Thurlestone, with a pub and shop on hand, Treburrick is within easy walking distance of beaches, coastal walks, a links golf-course and surfing at Bantham. A small dog is accepted when you stay with us.

Our newly refurbished 170 year old Cottage enjoys views over Burgh Island and Challaborough beach. The South West Coast Path 100m away, runs East towards Bigbury on Sea and West, towards the River Erme. The area is steeped in history and offers something for everyone. There is surfing, fishing, walking, windsurfing, diving, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. However there is no need to leave the property with its garden overlooking the beach and cosy fire indoors.
