Villa Shimaruku is een stijlvolle mooie woning voor 6 personen met een mooie tuin en privé zwembad met diverse soorten fruitbomen zoals een shimaruku, cashew, mango, banaan en granaatappel. U geniet hier van volledige privacy en een prachtig uitzicht op de Christoffelberg. De woonkamer is erg ruim (80 m2) en hoog. Vooral de hoogte zorgt voor verkoeling in de woning.
