Our town centre location ensures shops, bars, cafés & restaurants are a few steps away. Street parking (€2 for 24hrs) & a disabled space is outside the door. For fishermen, the river Moy & Ridge Pool are 2 minutes walk. The property is very secure & of a high standard with 2 double beds in 1 room on the upper floor. The house was lovingly built with slate floors,wood beamed ceilings,cottage doors,old style kitchen,stone work and antique details for a luxurious yet charming feel. Enjoy mountain views from and lush garden and seating area...The house is located a short drive from Foxford famous know for fishing on the river Moy... Although shops, restaurants and pubs are only a five-minute drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded and on the foxford walk way...

Cosy Cottage

Kick back and relax in this calm, cosy space in the rolling countryside and just a 40 minute drive from Knock Airport. For something more lively there’s Westport and Castlebar, with their shops, bars and the beautiful coastline and beaches of the Wild Atlantic Way. The 2 friendly cats, Muffin and Bruce, prefer to live outside but like to say hello. When not away working, I stay in a chalet on a separate piece of land close by but not overlooking the cottage. I do respect guest privacy.

Ballina Town is only 8km away. Combine your stay with the perfect pint of Guinness and a chat with the locals, next door!
