Welcome to our cozy hideaway! Located in the eclectic, walkable Ballard neighborhood - a 10 min drive from downtown Seattle. Designed as a space of respite for our visiting friends and family, every aspect of care for this unit is handled by us. We're not a boutique hotel, and we don't own a dozen other units. We just love hosting, and we hope you'll feel that through our offerings - an exceptionally private, clean, and comfortable unit with a variety of little extras to make you feel at home.

Welcome to our brand new, family-friendly retreat nestled in the Ballard neighborhood. This recently constructed 2-bedroom home is the perfect haven for your getaway. Close to the stunning Golden Gardens Beach and downtown Ballard, our cozy and warm place has a Master bedroom with Queen Size Helix Mattress and a 2nd bedroom with Twin Bunk over Full bed. Open plan, fully equipped kitchen with spacious lounge and a dedicated workspace with Fiber internet. Outdoor seating with BBQ and Fire Pit.

Our cottage has an open loft style floor plan. Spacious, quiet, and light filled. 1.5 baths and 2 stories. Modern and elegant finishes on everything. Main floor has 1/2 bath off kitchen, and there is a full bathroom with shower near the bed located upstairs. It is a stand alone “guest house” in the back yard of the main house. Private parking right in front of the front door! Yard has fire pit, outdoor furniture and BBQ. A hidden oasis, right in the middle of the Ballard neighborhood.
